• Wedding profile and Planner Requirement details you provide in the search wizard or enquiry forms.
• Contact details such as name, email address and phone number when you submit an enquiry or create an account.
• Service preferences, including the private client service you request.
• Communications you send to us and records of support interactions.
• Technical and usage information such as device type, browser and privacy-safe analytics events.
• Consent records where you opt in to marketing or approve planner introductions.

Lawful bases

We process personal information where necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest that is not overridden by your rights, or where you have given consent.

Sharing information

• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with planners for their marketing.
• Planner introductions happen only with your approval and only the information you authorise is shared.
• Reports we deliver to you may include planner names and publicly available contact details so you can consider a recommendation. That is not a sale of your data to planners.
• We use the named processors listed below to host the service, send email, take payment and store documents. They process information only on our instructions under appropriate contractual safeguards.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety and service integrity.

International transfers

Because we support destination weddings and couples planning from multiple countries, information may be processed in the United Kingdom and other locations where our processors operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including enquiry review, service delivery, support, accounting and legal compliance. Wedding profile data saved in your browser remains on your device until you clear it.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies needed for the site to function, including session cookies for customer and administrator sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies or a third-party marketing pixel.

Analytics events are validated inside our application and are designed to avoid collecting private free-text wedding details. We do not currently send those events to a separate analytics vendor such as Google Analytics. If that changes, we will name the vendor in the processors list above.
